I think that the workmanship I received from MB Construction was very good. The end product was very good. Sometimes the hidden costs could be a deterrent, although I modified some of their plan and that was not their fault. Things were added out and figured out in the end, and I wish it had been laid out in the beginning, but that was not necessarily their fault. They had the best estimate of anybody by quite a bit and the overall cost was very good in the end. In the beginning, they laid out the plan and got it going. Sometimes I wish I'd had more details about how and what they were going to do.

On the negative side, sometimes there were issues between the owner and the employees, which became physical. There were attitudes and some employees were trouble, which didn't fully affect me but it was there. They didn't seem to communicate well from one group to the next and periodically did not show up. I wanted the job done quickly and it took longer than I thought it would. The work was there--if they just fixed a couple of things they could really good.
