Colonial Chem-Dry does require a minimum of $139 to do the work on your home so although the cost was $95 due to the square footage, they still charge the $139. The representative that performed the work, Aaron, was very professional and explained everything before beginning. He was thorough and did an excellent job. He made sure that we were thoroughly satisfied before leaving. They do offer to move your furniture as long as it is small. I would use this company in the future.
