I have been using Naturell Carpet Cleaning for 14 years. I initially decided to use them because I had just had a baby and wanted all-natural, safe carpet cleaning.

They did a great job on the first visit, so I have continued to use them.

I feel safe having them in my house. They also are very thorough and conscientious.

They move the furniture and clean underneath, then put the furniture back where it was. They also do area rugs.

The carpet dries quickly so you are not stuck all day with wet carpet.

One time, our puppy chewed up a red pen on the beige carpet and Naturell was able to get it out. It took a couple of visits but they did it.

Another thing that I like about them is that they call me back if they do not answer the phone right away. They almost always are available to come in the time frame that I request they be here.

I would definitely recommend Naturell. They are very nice people to work with.
