I have been having a problem with my air conditioner unit and have had several contractors come out through my warranty to fix it. All of these contractors didn't fix the problem and repeatedly caused more problems and a hot house. Finally my insurance had a contractor put a new AC unit outside but they failed to install it correctly. I called Lennox the manufacturer and they referred me to Polestar. Polestar should have been the first company I called. Their helpful customer service (Kim) was friendly and more than willing to work with my warranty. They sent a tech out to access the problem for free. Nathan, my tech took pictures and explained the issues which these other contractors caused. With Polestars team effort they emailed my insurance and sent them pictures, they even went out of their way to describe the several installation problems that the previous contractors did. Polestar ordered parts and fixed everything. Everyone I talked with and that came out was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. I definitely recommend them for any and all your AC needs. I had two contractors come out before Polestar and they were a nightmare. Make sure Polestar is the first company you call, believe me are worth the call. Thanks again Polestar.
