Polestar Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning showed up and did the work I needed. I haven't had to have them call back since. I'm not sure exactly what they were working on, but it had to do with replacing something that had worn out down in the basement, some pipes and fittings. That was good to have done. They told us ahead of time what it would cost and it was fine. They were very nice, i had no troubles at all with them. The only small thing that came up was that at one point, one of them turned off the furnace while working in the basement and they forgot to turn it back on. It got cold that night and I had to call them back the next day to turn the furnace back on. I hope that they wouldn't do that again, but that was the only issue that came up at all.
