They did not provide proper medical care
We had really high hopes when we placed our family member at MorningStar Assisted Living and Memory Care at Arcadia. The problem was, that there was an ongoing medical problem, and they did not give her the proper care. There was not enough medical followup, and the care associates did not spend enough time with her. They were too busy spending time with themselves, and they left her on her own to take care of the problems. Which she simply could not do. Like I said, we had high hopes and we did not expect this.
