The thing that I like the most about the people over at Patent Services USA is that they do what they say they are going to do. They are very good at keeping me up to date and making sure the process moves along smoothly. They have missed a couple of phone calls that were promised to me, but other than that it has been great. Overall I give them high marks because of their good work.
