They have great customer service and they have very knowledgeable people at Patent Services USA. I've only been a customer since September, but I'm very happy so far. They help people get patents, they help with designs, they help with trade shows. They even provide legal services of patent research so you can find out if your product is patent-able or not. I'm developing a product to go in the water, but can't say anything more than that right now. I'd definitely recommend it.
