The customer service that I have received from Patent Services USA has been great up to this point. I like their willingness to sit and talk to you, and they actually seem like they care and like they want to help you get where you're going. I didn't know that it would take 6-8 weeks to start marketing, but you can't do anything about time. If they make a mistake, they solve it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a patent.
