I initially went online to research patent companies and placed several calls; Patent Services USA was the only company that called me back. In my research I discovered that they are one out of the top 3 patent companies in the nation. With this knowledge I decided to give them a try for my idea that I have. I started this process in June and we are now in the patent pending process. To get started I was charged for a patent search and they had to get the lawyers involved (and the lawyers are outsource) nevertheless, I paid twice upfront for this process. James is always available for me when I call. If he doesn't pick up the phone when I call, he'll definitely return back my calls immediately. I appreciate how James would explain the information again with no problems.
