My experience with Patent Services was amazing. Garrett Van Holman was an awesome advisor. He took the time to walk me through my entire process, which was a surprise because I had no idea all that goes in to inventing a product. Garrett took after hour calls, answered all questions, and when he couldn't respond to something he would always get back to me instead of giving me incorrect information. He even sat on the phone with me and supported me through some of my brainstorming. He was truly an amazing support during my process of getting my patent. He was very active in communication, and when he made an appointment he stuck with it. He provided many words of encouragement and was very professional in all our dealings. Everyone I have dealt with at Patent Services was very friendly and helpful. The manager was even willing to meet with me to discuss any concerns and questions I had. The company practices complete transparency and that gives you relief. I would absolutely recommend this agency should anyone be in need of their services.
