I've had very good experiences with Patent Services USA and I've already recommended them to other inventors. Previously I had been dealing with a competitor in the invention industry but they didn't instill a lot of confidence in me. I already had some money invested with them, but after doing some research I found Patent Services USA and talked on the phone with one of their representatives for 2-3 hours. They talk to you, not at you. In my experience, you're getting a lot more of an honest opinion when that's the case. So I decided to basically let go of the money I had invested in their competitor and just go with them. I haven't regretted that decision once. They have been so helpful and I've even had the president of the company call me to check in. It's good to know who's running the business. They barely charge any money at all and they don't have salespeople. Everyone that I've dealt with there seems to be on the same page and I really appreciate that continuity. It's nice not having to worry about whether or not you're working with the right company and worrying about your invention at the same time.
