Patent Services USA was awesome. They were very quick to respond to any inquisition or question I have and they're very professional. They make you feel like you're their only customer and you're their main priority. They're very good at that. They did a great job all around. Celeste was my agent and she was great. She was friendly and always called me back at her earliest convenience. I really enjoyed working with her. I did look around at other services before I chose them and based on that I think their pricing is fair. I think they provide a lot of opportunity that is pretty unique to their business model. They do things that someone with my means could not do alone. They provide a valuable service with a good business model and they will have tremendous success doing what they are doing.
