Patent Services USA was very helpful and they made the process easy for me. The only complaint I have is the lag between communications. I had to check up with them when I didn't receive updates --but, other than that, everything was just fine. They were very helpful in walking me through the process. All of that was something I wasn't familiar with and they made it comfortable for me.
