We did some research to decide what company we should go with, and one of the reasons we picked Patent Services USA is that their services are what I like to call 'complete' in the sense that they assisted us with the application process, the assisted us with acquiring the patent, and even up to the marketing step. This company takes you to all the connection points you need to turn your idea into a product for sale, they don't abandon you halfway through the process. We've even had a discussion about presenting our product at a trade show this coming May, which gets us almost to the point of being able to sell the product. So that's why we selected them.

There was one particular person, Richard Billing, who was a tremendous help to us. He gave us very valuable input and offered us a lot of information to protect our product and to insure its integrity until it gets to market. His input was really above and beyond in ensuring our product will be well presented. Our goal is to have our product on the market for sale and he helped us a lot with that goal. He helped us to really feel confident with all the steps along the way. There were a lot of new things for us as we went through the process and he gave us a lot of assurance that others had confidence in our product as well.

Sometimes you'll put your money out there with a company and be left waiting to hear back from them. Richard was extremely good and effective at getting back with us quickly and staying on top of it. He even made himself available on the weekend to make sure we could get our paperwork to the patent lawyer on time. I would definitely recommend Patent Services and Richard specifically for complete assistance with product development.
