I have been using Plumb Perfect for a third time now and I am satisfied with the outcomes and experiences. This last time they did some plumbing for my bath tub, vanity sink and installed 2 water heaters for me - the results are good. I have continued to give them my business because they are a family business (husband and wife) and they provide really good customer service. I've shopped around for reasonable prices and Plumb Perfect beat out 3 of their major competitors; they were significantly less expensive than what's out there. And when it comes to their scheduling, there is never any 4 hour window period waiting for someone to arrive. They will call before they come to your home and follow up afterwards once the service has been completed to ensure that everything is up to par. I had a positive experience with Plumb Perfect.
