After reviewing with other Plumbing Co's and the manufacturer of the water heater, I'm am sure you over charged us for doing the work. We could have bought the unit on line with free freight to our home for 524.00.
The very small labor of work on the stairway opening took 30 minutes top and you charged us 300.00 for that. I sure you thought you were doing us a favor for coming at all since I had to cancel family coming over at noon that day. You showed up without the proper tools on you truck to do job and were here for 6 hours to do a 2 hour job. I had to cancel our plans for that afternoon on top of it. So you charged 2 retired seniors, One disabled Veteran a total of 1825.00 dollars. All people asked about this job said we were $@!#%. We are not happy with your decision on your charges and intend on contacting the proper authorities to seek a refund for these over charges. You ought to be ashamed taking advantage of us older people.
