The service I get from Benson Systems is extremely important to me. They come when I have problems and the technician has been coming for years, actually there are a couple of technicians that come. I have no complaints. The only problems I've had a couple of times were with the alarm central itself, where they pick up the signal, and they fixed that. It was a blip on their part at alarm central. As far as handling all of the motherboard and the wires and everything I have no complaints. It's a necessity with me, so I never really questioned the price, so I have no comparison. I just wanted it, its very important. It was extremely important when my husband was alive and now it's important to me. I wear the medical alert button and I have a loudspeaker so in case I fall and can't get to a phone there's someone there on the loudspeaker to talk to me. It gives me peace of mind.
