Gene is the best!!!

I have dealt with a lot of plumbers in my 20 years in this industry but never have we had such a professional technician as Gene.

He is so good, so professional, so clean, so good...(did I say he was good).... all of our tenants Rave about him!

We called with a big problem (Donovan who is also the greatest dispatcher) dispatches Gene who comes on time, takes care of the problem, cleans up after himself, demonstrates that the problem is taken care of and leaves our tenants happy!

A good example of this was this morning... we made an appointment to meet him at 5 a.m. we met him at the property at 4:59 a.m., he jetted the two kitchen drains, demonstrated that the lines were clear, cleaned up after himself, and left the property before many of the tenants arrived.

The tenants were expecting him to be late this morning and take forever to complete the job, being in tenants way all morning... that is what has happened before.
We usually get numerous complaints about our plumbing vendors who have come in the past late, unprepared, slow, distracted, eyeing the ladies, dirty, smelly, and they leave a mess for me to clean up!!!!!

That's what we expected but we DID NOT get that with Gene.... we got prompt, thorough, professional, cleaning, satisfying service!

I was asked if I knew a good plumber today and guess who I recommend?????
BENSON SYSTEMS!
Donovan and Gean are awesome!

Benson Systems needs to find a way to "clone" these two!
