Carbon Valley Heating & Air just did a complete system replacement of my air conditioning and furnace. Everything was fantastic. They showed up on time. Everything was ready to go. I made the call to schedule the install on Monday, and they came and did the work on Tuesday. The technician was really nice. He answered all of my questions. He took care to make sure that everything was done correctly and also that it looked nice. The old system had caused some little cosmetic issues that were not necessarily the responsibility of Carbon Valley Heating & Air to fix, but he took care of it. Carbon Valley Heating & Air had already been performing the maintenance on my old system, and I'll continue to have them perform regular maintenance on my new system.
