I had my carpets and furnace cleaned by Alberta pro cleaning just before Christmas. They were 2hrs late showing up and rushed the job. When they left the carpet still was not very clean. And was wet for days! I believe I was over charged for this service as well. I called them the next day to complain and they sent the guy back out to redo the carpet. He showed up 2 hrs early this time (when I didn't think I would be home ) he did a reasonable job with getting the stain out the second time. I would not recommend this company because they over charge and it is inconvenient to have them come multiple times. Especially when they don't show up when they say they will be there.
