AlbertaPro Cleaning responded to my phone message very promptly and were able to book an appointment for me that was not only soon but worked well with my schedule. I was contacted on the day of the appointment to let me know they were on their way, which was very thoughtful, many times when you expect a service technician you are left waiting and wondering - well not this time.

The Service Tech. was very polite, took COVID precautions and went above and beyond to perform the services I booked. This included moving items that were blocking access to our furnace as well as some vents (sorry about that and thank you for doing so without complaint).

Our carpet was not in the greatest condition given the pets we have but I am so pleased with how they turned out, they look really great.

I was already impressed by this young man who worked so very hard while in my home then if you can imagine he mopped the floor at my front door where he had tracked in some wetness before he left ... my mind was blown.

AlbertaPro Cleaning is the only company I would use for any future needs. I highly recommend you try them as I am sure you will feel the same way also.
