The carpet cleaning done by AlbertaPro Cleaning was very good. We are perfectly happy with the results. Unfortunately, after the technician left, we realized there was a ding in one of the walls going down the stairs. We didn't notice it before he left but are sure it was not there before and had to be caused by the cleaning. In the meantime, I made the payment for the job and the technician left. He must not have realized the damage either. I will phone the office to explain what happened and see if they can make it right. Otherwise, we are very happy with the cleaning of the carpets.
