I am very satisfied with AlbertaPro and the carpet cleaning they did for me. Patricia was very accommodating and squeezed my job into their schedule, even with little advance notice. Being a rental property each room had dark carpet stains and a general 'greyness' throughout. Gary is very knowledgeable, he took the time to explain his process for addressing the stains and assured me the carpets would look much cleaner/brighter once complete. The carpets turned out as well as explained. Gary is amiable, respectful and took a lot of care so his equipment didn't damage my walls/corners and tried as best he could to block the outside door to minimize letting in the cold. I will use AlbertaPro for my own home's cleaning/maintenance needs and would recommend them to others seeking fast, efficient and professional service.
