My whole house was being painted and an accident happened resulting in a large carpet paint stain. The paint used is an acrylic latex paint. I phoned three carpet cleaning companies to remove the stain. One company would not show up before 8 days. Another company indicated that there was no point in wasting time and money for an acrylic paint stain, it would be best to make an insurance claim.
