I was extremely happy with the service that I received but I was more than shocked when it came time to pay the bill. The machine was asking for a tip and would not let me move on unless I entered one. I entered $0.00. I am paying dearly for a service - a price that I agreed to - why am I expected to tip for a job that he is paid to do? Was VERY disappointed with this. Have had many conversations since about it and everyone seems to agree with me. If you would like all 5 star reviews it might be an idea to remove this step.
