The ONE and only employee was at our house for only about two hours. Your fee structure and the amount for extra vents and stairs over and above what you deem is included is a scam. We paid around $700.00. This is all labour as no parts were used. Who makes $350.00 per hour? Our labour rate per man is $100.00. We were in a bind and I did appreciate the prompt service but I will not recommend to friends as pricing is not realistic.
