I called to get a quote and book an appointment. Gary was very nice. I booked an appointment with a quote of almost $700 to clean basement carpet and a sectional. Cleaner arrived and said his invoice didn't include cleaning sectional but was still the same amount as original. That was crazy to me and the cleaner should have called in to the office to confirm.
Also, Gary scheduled my appointment a week later than we had discussed on the phone. I will NEVER use Alberta Pro Clean again!!!! Talk about being taken advantage of....
I was too embarrassed to even tell my husband because I didn't speak up for myself and he would have flipped had I told him what I was charged for the carpet.
