My carpets were really in need of cleaning and AlbertaPro Cleaning did a wonderful change. All the actual carpet stains (mostly pet stains) completely disappeared. There were a few larger brownish stains after the carpets dried but apparently that was due to 'wicking' and they came back and removed those as well. The berber carpet in the hallway is a whitish colour now and looks great!!
