I really liked the fact that pickups and returns were on time and a time could be set. Secondly when the rug was returned the stains had faded but the rug had some some texture changes and a stiffness to some of the pattern. But and this is important Jason was willing to take it back and try again. It came back much improved and I am very happy with it. This is good customer service and value for the money spent.
