From the initial phone call they were professional and upfront about what was included and all charges. Not the cheapest but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Took time to lay down matts in house and plastic corner guards for around walls and stair case. Went through the house with me and showed me a few things and suggestions. Explained what each service or feature did and was thorough. Even asked me to fill out review. This shows that if you do a good job, they are confident enough to get support from happy customers. I would definitely use them again and I also like supporting locally.
