Called and was surprised to learn that they could be there that afternoon. Technician showed up when they said he would, was friendly and accommodating and did the cleaning professionally and efficiently. Made sure I knew the process and ensured I had no questions or concerns before he left. The cleaning was more than I hoped for. Can't ask for more than that.
