Had our basement carpet cleaned; sorry dont remember the guys name; was very polite; explained what he was doing; did a great job! We had a dog accident on the carpet; he took extra care and time on this area; smelll is all gone! Equipment he had was industrial grade; this is no home cleaner and not something you go rent! Very strong industrial set up; which the guy new his job and equipment! Cant say enough good; highly recommend! Will use again! All around exceptional service! A+ Thanks
