Executive Heating & Air replaced my heating and air conditioning unit. The technicians were prompt, polite and professional. They came out and did the assessment on our old unit and let us know it could not be repaired. They ordered the new unit and got it installed the same day. Everything was done really fast. The parts and the unit were all available and they were able to do everything that day. They explained what they would be doing and went over the features of the new unit. They took the time to answer the questions we had. They were respectful of our home and courteous. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Their pricing was reasonable. The thermostat is programmable but I can't seem to get it to program so I'll have to ask them about it. I was pleased with their service and I will use Executive Heating & Air again!
