Positive experience and customer-focused company
SafeTech Consulting Group's strength is that they source the right person with the right experience, matching them to the type of industry. We are an upstream oil company, and the candidates they were able to line up all had upstream oil experience.
I think Madan and SafeTech Consulting Group were very responsive to concerns we had. We had brought in three different safety coaches between Alberta and Saskatchewan, and one of them we had some issues with. Madan was pretty receptive and responsive to the feedback we gave them.
