Greg knows what he is doing and got my job done on schedule and on budget. He helped me get thru a stressful situation where our sewer lateral was failing and backing up the plumbing. And to avoid a huge surcharge for patching a large section of pavement, we needed to get it replaced before the city repaved our street. He was able to schedule and do the job quickly. Although this kind of work is expensive his bid was competitive. He also has the higher insurance and workers comp coverage that the city of San Leandro requires for a business permit there. Another contractor I called didn't have the coverages and couldn't do the job. Another contractor was asking for $ 3K more and only doing pilot holes and spot repairs - Streamline dug the whole street up and ran all new HDPE pipe. Greg also gave me his direct cell number and was almost always available to discuss my job. It's not often I feel confident in a contractors work - I've been pleasantly surprised with Greg and Streamline.
