Streamline Plumbing & Drain did a phenomenal job for us! This was our first time using them. Our neighbors had used them and my wife found out who they had used and we gave them a call when we were having some issues with the sewer. The process was seamless from start to finish. When we called in their customer service was pleasant to talk with and setting the appointment was easy to schedule. Their pricing was reasonable, in fact, it was lower than a few other places we had called prior to making our decision to use them! Their technician was prompt, polite and pleasant. He worked quickly and efficiently and was respectful of our home. He explained what they were doing and answered our questions. In February we had another backup and we called them. They were able to come within two hours and they found that it was a problem with the line from the city. The technician called the city and reported it and got the ball rolling. Had he not taken care of it so quickly myself and four other homes here would have had a sewer backup in our basements and would have had to replace carpeting, and other damage problems. They really went above and beyond by acting so quickly! Plus, they did not charge any service fee for coming out which was an especially nice touch! I have already recommended them to half a dozen friends and co-workers of mine and I will continue recommending them to people! I think they are a fabulous company! I definitely think if you have any plumbing issues you should have absolutely no hesitation calling Streamline Plumbing & Drain!
