Comfort First is wonderful! Everyone we've had contact with is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They all made getting our heat/ac unit replaced easy and painless. There were so many little things that they did to show how much they care about their clients.

Renee, our project manager, is a true gem. Any questions we had, she answered quickly in person, on the phone and via text. She came out to our home for measurements and worked to get our installation set up for the next day! She understood our concerns and explained how we were in good hands! Friendly, approachable and diligent are just a few words we would use to describe her.

Our installation guys were on time, super friendly, polite and extremely patient with the fact that we wanted to know everything they were doing. (Yes, we are that type of client. :) They explained everything, kept us informed of what to expect and answered all of our questions.
