I was very pleased until Friday a week ago.
Now I will cancel my maintenance agreement!
Our daughter and two guests came for a weekend
of horse competitions.. The temp up stairs was OK.
However, during the night the system failed. Our
daughter went into the attic and found the sump
choked with algae. The coils were frozen up and so was the compressor!! We cleaned the sump and put
an algae tab in it. I shut the system down to thaw
them and it worked. I on Monday and requested someone come check the system. I was
informed that " Company policy requires you to request a service call from AHS". Either you stand
behind your April service or you don't! It looks like you have gotten too big for your breaches. The person on the phone never offered an apology for any inconvenience and hung up.
