We just started using Comfort First Heating & Cooling. They were recommended through our home warranty program, so we signed up for a service agreement.

For the first service call, they cleaned the drain, and the second time, they cleaned the drain and replaced a part without telling us ahead of time. For this, they wanted us to pay out of pocket, but they waived the fee since they had not informed us before they did it. I think it was just a miscommunication.

The technician was knowledgeable and professional and their customer service people were polite and friendly. We ended up cancelling our service plan because we felt we didn't need it. In the future, we will just call if we have a problem.
