Interesting that you’ve asked for a review of current events. Of course I am not satisfied with your service having this new expensive unit fail two days after your technician completed a check of the new system. Last June I paid a primeium amount to have your company install this system. Now that the weather has turned cold requiring the use of the heater, I was not at all happy that it failed. Seems your quality assurance with both management and technical support have grave issues. On Monday November 13, your tech did a system check and failed to note the excessive black soot coming out of the exhaust port. He did not give me any report when he completed his inspection. Then two days later the heating system failed because the LP kit had not been installed correctly! Why did my family have to endure a cold house because of your company errors? I am not enclined to endorse your service to anyone else.
