Because of your technician's original misdiagnosis the house was without air conditioning for 4 weeks end of August to the middle of September. In brief, the misdiagnosis to AHS triggered a second opinion so what would have taken 10 days to two weeks to replace the heat pump took 4 weeks. The house was not livable during that time and the tenant rightly so requested a reduction of rent which I negotiated down to 1/2 month's rent, $345. Which I feel I should be compensated for perhaps in the form of credits towards autumn and spring maintenance check ups.

As far as the installation of the new heat pump Mr. Ricky and Mr. Carlos did a great job. They were courteous, efficient and thorough.
