The tech seemed very rush when he came out to inspect my unit as if he had another appointment he had to go to. He did take a call before going in my attic. I just did not think he provided me with the type of service I "thought" I should have received. The tech in my prior loss was very knowledgeable and covered things with me, that's why I purchased the additional service agreement. If he was coming out to do an inspection of my unit, I don't feel I should have to ask him a lot of questions and he did not go over the check list with me. If my next inspection is like this I will definitely cancel my service agreement.
