I called American Home Shield to have my air conditioner fixed. They sent out Comfort first out of Chesapeake to fix it. After they supposedly fixed it the next day the unit upstairs over flooded all over the place and made it way downstairs to the wood floors. It turned all the wood floors black because of the excessive water. I called American home Shield again and they sent these same people out and
they took pictures of the damage plus fixed the unit again at that time. The next day after that the water over flowed again all the vac system all over the ceiling and back on the wood floors again. Now the floors are ruined and the ceiling and the HVAC which is soaked and mold will grow in them. I called American Home Shield again and told them
what happened and I expected them to pay for the damages. They said they are not responsible for the damages that these contractors cause. I got into a huge argument with them asking how can they not be responsible for the people that t hey send out. They told me I would have to contact the contractor (Comfort First) to talk about the damages.
I think its insane what I have been though with these guys who won't honor up and fix what they destroyed. This is a fraud and deceit. I will be contacting a lawyer for some kind of resolution if they don't try and rectify this some how. I am a retired Navy Master Chief and think our veterans should be treated better than this.
