Comfort First Heating & Cooling was great! They installed a new furnace and air conditioner. This was out first time using them and their prices were competitive. We went with them because they didn't seem smarmy like some of the other companies. They had the best customer service and we would definitely go back again. Everybody we had contact with provided great customer service- we were pretty happy with them. They were quick and efficient. They are based in North Carolina and we are in Virginia, and they came up the next day to do it, so that was pretty good. I would definitely tell anybody to go with Comfort First.
