We have been using Comfort First Heating & Cooling for almost two years. We signed a contract with them to do the yearly maintenance on our heating and air conditioning units at our rental property. The technician they sent out to us to do the maintenance was a saint. The tenant did not have a clean filter in the place and it needed to be changed. There is a hardware store 10 minutes away from there and I said I would go and get one. I drove there and got the filter and on the way back there was a major delay. When I got back to the rental he was still there waiting. I appreciate it so much because there was no way I or the tenant was going to be able to change that filter, we didn't have a ladder. I would recommend this company to anyone. Their employees are very professional and very customer orientated. I couldn't have asked for a better representative of the company.
