My overall experience with comfort first was great. We had some confusion in the beginning because different technicians had different ideas about what was wrong with my unit. Once we figured the entire unit was in need of a replacement everything went smooth.

The customer support rep. Beth did an exceptional job working with HSA to resolve concerns and confusion. She was also able to help me use the insurance that I had a right to use. Great job to the entire inside representative team!!
