We needed a new heat pump and air conditioning unit to be installed outside our home, this was a bit complicated since we would also need a new air duct to replaced in order to accommodate the new machine. They really took the time to explain things to me and let me know why they did things a certain way. They were very informative and polite when educating me on the HVAC unit.
