First of all they were supposed to come between 1-5 never showed up till after 5:30 didn't even call to say he was going to be late.
Then he found a leak in the condenser and instead of just recommending they replace that he wrote on the work order that the whole unit and duct work were not up to capacity. Trying to upsell ! I have had several companies over the years that have looked at this system never not ONCE has anyone ever told me that the duct work was not up to capacity! I have a family friend that is in the air & heating business and called him for his opinion and he said the duct work is fine. And to change the duck work would be ridiculous! DO NOY USE THIS COMPANY
