I was introduced to Comfort First as a result of an American Home Shield claim. However, the service and professionalism of the Comfort First people were such that I gladly entered into a preventive maintenance contract, something I had planned on doing anyway - I just didn't know who to go with. No regrets here, and I'll renew my maintenance agreement with Comfort First as soon as possible.
